TODAY’S VERSION OF THE SINGING NUN

Already a You Tube Sensation!

Ok. So, this is completely self-indulgent but I have to share this with everyone because it is just too much fun.

Some of us remember the Singing Nun who became famous in the ’60′s with her release of the French-language song “Dominique”. Well, once again, a singing nun has appeared on the music scene—but this singing nun is quite different!

Showing up for a blind audition of the Italian version of the TV show The Voice, Sister Cristina Scuccia delivered her amazing cover of Alicia Key’s “No One” and, almost instantly, the audience was on its feet and, almost as quickly, all four judges hit their buzzers and turned their chairs around to see who was singing. Their reactions are priceless!

  1. I have watched this over and over. Can’t get enough of the judges reactions when they turn around.

  2. OMG!!!
If the nuns had been like her when I was in school I would probably have done a hell of a lot better (sorry, sister!)

Alicia Keys needs to watch out—Sister Cristina has her voice AND a pretty big backer!
